Premio Hot Italian Sausage Burrito

Pre-heat oven 350

  • 1 pkg. Premio Hot Italian Sausage, pre-cooked as per pkg. directions
  • 8 large soft flour tortillas (wraps)
  • 1-cup smoky style BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup grated jack or Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped black olives
  • 4 Tblspns., or to taste chopped pickled jalapeno peppers

1. Chop cooked sausage into 1/2 “cubes”. Combine with BBQ sauce and olives in heavy saucepan and bring to a simmer. Cook 10 minutes.
2. Warm the tortillas in oven and then spread cheese over each.
3. Spoon sausage mixture over, sprinkle with jalapenos and roll up.
4. Arrange close together in ovenproof casserole. Spoon additional BBQ sauce over if desired.
5. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
Makes 8 roll-ups
