Premio Sweet Roasted Sausage
- 2 lb. Fresh Sweet Premio Italian sausage
- 3 Red bell peppers sliced
- 2 Sweet onions sliced
- 2 Large Portobello mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp. Coarse ground black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
Cut Premio Sweet Italian Sausage in bite size pieces
Arrange in single layer in glass baking dish cover with sliced vegetables that have been tossed in olive oil season all with salt, sugar, & pepper cover & roast in oven @ 300 degrees for 1 hour
Uncover & continue roasting until meat & vegetables are golden & sausage is cooked through (time will depend on size of sausage pieces) serves 6-8 people.
